Late on a winter afternoon during
a visit to The Framery my attention was drawn
by the Allegheny Cemetery gates bathed in the golden light of the evening
sun
across the street. I gasped aloud at the awesome beauty, and vowed to come
back with my easel. Finally in April, as the trees were budding, I was able
to keep
this promise to myself. The unusual angle for this common Lawrenceville
landmark is the happy result.
